Metro Storage LLC Acquires Storage Facility in Franklin, Tennessee

LAKE FOREST, IL Jul 12, 2019 – Metro Storage LLC recently announced the acquisition of a self-storage facility in the Nashville suburb of Franklin, Tennessee. The recently constructed 69,541 RSF facility was awarded the 2017 National Self-Storage Facility of the Year Award by Mini Storage Messenger.
“This is a first-rate facility in an excellent location,” said Metro Storage LLC President, Marty Gallagher. “Strong demographics and nearby retail and residential areas set the stage for this to be an exceptional facility.”
Located at 108 Werthan Circle Road in Franklin and first opened in April 2017, the facility consists of a three-story building with 523 climate-controlled units, and two separate buildings with 39 drive-up access, non-climate units. Other highlights of the facility include covered loading bays, elevators, security cameras/monitors, keypad access controls, and a modern leasing office. Additionally, the site will offer U-Haul rental trucks to facilitate the customer move in experience.
