The staff is the same after changeover to Life Storage. They are courteous, helpful and they truly make you feel good about your items being stored there. They are up front and care about the property. I am ending my storage as I'm moving out of state ,but kept items for 2 years without any incident. My only billing concern due to the changeover was corrected without any overage fees applied due to the circumstances at the time. Great simple storage space. Thanks!

We brought our shuttle bus to store here and Daryl was amazing. He took the time to make adjustments to our reservation to ensure the most economic and safest place to keep our precious cargo. In addition to a quick but thorough orientation, he showed us all of the security features which helped put us at ease. Over the course of our timing storing our bus here we received great service and excellent communication. Overall, we were happy with our experience and will definitely recommend and utilize their services again!

This is by far the best place if you need to store your things! The administrative staff is very professional. I was really going through a hard time in my own personal life when I needed this space to store my things. From that day forward I have been satisfied, the place is clean and I able to access my things when I need to, as promised. I am not sure if I remember if the guy Darryl is the manager, but he certainly handles his business. He has been very patient and helpful, keep up the good work guys!!?

Darryl has amazing customer service he exemplifies what it means to really have care for the customer. Multiple times I’ve came to my mom’s storage to help during a difficult move and each time he has been really pleasant whether it was through the call box , Or physically, he has always gone above and beyond ! As 2 women moving heavy things it could get a bit challenging. As my mom and I was attempting to shove our couch in her vehicle he got off of his golf cart and assisted to help by providing rope, without us evening asking! He helped us do what was needed to be done and we are so grateful for that! Because Of his always pleasant service, I will recommend metro-storage to anyone in this area needing storage! Daryl's communication and customer service was 10/10. He valued my time while also providing me with all the information I needed and answered all the questions I had. It was an extremely stressful event in my life that caused me to need a storage unit the A+ customer service I received really made a difference.
