This was my rating, but no more. I have been using this place for over 4 years and then they jacked up my monthly rate. They increased it by nearly $54 a month. I should have been sent a notice in the mail about this increase. I went to pay for my unit and this is when I found out about the increase. I almost didn't have enough money to pay for it. I am very disappointed with this place. I will only give it a one star. As for Kim, I give her 5 stars.

Excellent service! Kim was polite and answered all our questions giving us unit pricing and her suggestions for the amount of stuff we have have without trying to over sell us, she even drove us around the lot and showed us a couple the different sizes so we could choose according. The lot and office area are clean and well lit. Very happy with our choice. :)
