Where do I begin, this was hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced in my 25 years on this planet. The gentleman, working at the gate went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. My girlfriend and I showed up expecting just to put a lock on the door. Little we did we know that we would leave with much more than that. We left gaining a life long friend. I’d recommend this storage facility to anyone who wants to be amazed with the quality of customer service that rivals the most exquisite hotels known to man.

Happy with how clean and secure it was. The manager made the whole thing from start to finish quick easy affordable with a feeling of ease when I left.

I have never rented a storage unit before and after selling my home I needed a place to store my stuff. And feeling stressed and overwhelmed I did not know where to go . I had passed Metro Self Store before because I live by it and decided to stop . There I met Richard who greeted with a smile and introduced himself, i let him know that I have never rented a unit before and Richard provided all the information I needed on how it works. I felt like he answered all my questions and after making a decision to do business with Metro I left feeling less stress and happy I chose Metro for my store needs. I love that each unit has a security alarm as well as the lock. Top notch! Highly recommend if you need a storage unit.

My daughter used Metro for storing her things and on short notice moved to Shreveport for a job. Me and my son helped get her things out of storage and my son did not put the lock on properly. I was very impressed that my daughter got a call from staff informing her that her unit was unlocked. They literally check, I give Metro a big A+ and would definitely recommend to a friend.
