I have enjoyed having storage here. I have known Ivan for the last 7 years and any problems he always quickly resolved. he has also been one of the nicest people I have ever met! Maria that works there in the front has been super friendly and kind as well. I have never had any issues but they are always quick to help. I have felt very safe here with the security cams and late access to units has made my life so much easier. All employees have been kind and friendly. I’ll continue to yay as long as prices don’t go crazy! I highly recommend this place to all my friends that need storage or anyone I meet. Thanks

A great experience every time I interact with the staff here. Affordable prices on all units with no hidden fees or random upcharges like other facilities. Ivan is an awesome, professional, helpful manager and is ready to help whenever I have questions. The facility is also in mint condition each and every time I go. Not once has there been any garbage or anything whatsoever out of place upon visiting the property. It's easy to get in and out. My unit is on the second level and there is so much room for multiple carts in the elevator and it's painless going back and forth. And there are ALWAYS multiple carts available for use! That is rare for many storage facilities I've had in the past. Simply a pleasure being a renter here. Thank you!

Highly recommend! Update: Got another unit and it was super easy. The staff are great, the facility is clean and safe, any issues are addressed right away (current customer with another unit). Excellent/beyond expectations

I recently rented a storage unit here and so far have had a great experience. I rented to unit online then just had to go in the office to finish up the process. When I went into the office I was able to meet the manager and he was awesome. Very informative and friendly. The unit itself is a nice size and was clean and ready to go. I love that they have 24hr access as my schedule is all over the place. It’s conveniently located and has two entrances one on Gunn Hwy and one on Linebaugh Ave. i would definitely recommend them to any friend or family member looking to get a storage unit.
