It’s really hard to find great customer service today. I realize this is " just a storage space“ but even something as simple as renting storage should still make you feel like a valued customer. My experience today was excellent. I was treated as a valued customer and I felt that the transparency of the details were shared upfront, including cost. Some places would be in a rush to get you to sign the paperwork and not discuss hidden/variable fees, then take your money and send you on your way. I genuinely wanted to hang out a little longer because of the experience and the staff ?Thanks for treating me like a person and not just another contract to get signed.

Where do I start? Well we have been at this facility for about 2 years and Renelle was a joy from Day 1. Not only did she help me with picking the correct storage unit but she also ensured that I got the best bang for my buck. Anytime I had issues, questions, or trouble with anything she was always right there willing to help me the best that she could. I would definitely recommend this storage facility because the manager is the absolute BEST! Today is bittersweet as I have moved my things out to my new place however one thing for sure, if I need another storage garage I will return here!

This place is clean and amazing! Outstanding customer service! Reneale was very professional handling any questions I had, and gave me correct information. I had a situation where I couldn’t make it there by 6 PM and Rinella was willing to stay a little while longer to access being that my personal items were on a trailer open trailer and getting wet from the rain/elements. You just don’t find that high level of customer service care anymore. I highly recommend Life Storage on Boyette road for anyone that’s looking for a storage unit this is definitely the right location!

Renelle was very knowledgeable of her storage business and suggestive supplies sales to make our packing needs an easy process.
