So I have been to a couple of this businesses locations and I have met some of the RUDEST people working there, however, I went to the location on 34th yesterday and a woman named Yuana helped me get pricing on units, and we had a wonderful conversation. This is by far my favorite location and the customer service of this employee is exactly why I will be renting!

Definitely recommend. Corey is fantastic and made the whole experience!

I called over the phone for storage prices. The employee ,Corey I think was his name was helpful and informative. I wasn't sure the size of the unit. After our conversation he welcomed me to the store to view the size of the units. He seemed very helpful and didn't rush me on the call.

SecurCare was great! Fast Affordable and Monique was very friendly and helped with the process.

Tiffany is super helpful. Answered my questions, helped me find what unit works best for me and the process is quick and easy.

Very secure place. Corey does a fantastic job. Not sure what the last guy was talking about. It is locked up tight every day.

I have an elderly relative that stores her things here at this location. Corey the manager has been very good to her and goes beyond what he has to do for her. When she was looking for something in the heat, he came by to check on her and give her some cold bottled water. It really means a lot to us. She really enjoys interacting with him. Metro has been a wonderful experience for us. Thank you

Corey is an amazing manager that takes time to listen to your needs and point you in the right direction. If for whatever reason you can't get an issue resolved with the company by phone, by all means go into the office and speak to him. He is always happy to assist and help you come to a resolution or explain the process to you. I appreciate his honesty and dedication to his clients. He keeps the property clean, is quick to react to issues and takes pride in his work. If you are considering a storage unit in Amarillo, I recommend Tradewinds. Im uncomfortable storing my things anywhere in Amarillo due to the high crime rate but Tradewinds is the exception. A few months back, storage units all over town were being broken into. Thanks to Corey's quick thinking and response, the police were able to end the reign of criminal activity because he doesn't play around with bad people. When they showed up to his store, he made sure it was the last place they would try to steal from in Amarillo by quickly recognizing the red flags and acting before anything could happen. Please do yourself a favor and rent here. Your belongings are in the best hands you could ever ask for. Its not only safe, but you'll walk away with the knowledge that you aren't just another number in a corporate owned world. You matter at this store.

Corey is so friendly. We absolutely enjoy seeing him when we are there. The store is always clean and the storage area is always taken care of. Corey keeps it in order and we feel safe keeping our things there. It isnt tired looking or sketchy like the other storage places near by.

We are moving and needed somewhere to store our stuff till we found a place. I called and 99% of the process was done online and on the phone. Yuana was so sweet and helpful and made our process so much easier, especially since we had to change units mid month. She was awesome to work with! I highly recommend Metro on 34th!
