It was a friendly place to rent from in the past. As of the takeover to life storage it has become a corporate entity. Same great people working there, different atmosphere. Rates are going up continuously. I thought we were capped to once or twice a year. Mandatory insurance. Corporate. No conscience. Just greed. Sad, but I'm sure they will make their numbers. Storage is in high demand.

I actually stopped by the Metro Storage in New Tampa just to get information. Jon who works at that facility was extremely helpful, courteous and polite. He recommend that I go to the the Metro Storage in Tampa on North Fletcher. When I arrived, Crystal was outstandingly professional, kind, informative and not to mention, her personality along with her smile went a long ways with me. The storage grounds is clean and huge enough for a big truck. Although, I only been there a few weeks, I don't foresee a huge adversity of storing with this Metro Storage. Great experience!
