I had a good experience with the staff there, they were courteous, and catered to my needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Knoxville area.

I’ve been renting with Metro Storage on Chapman highway for over two years now and I’ve had a flawless experience. Mostly I want to share a story about last night that, where customer service was exceeded....above and beyond. Diane and her husband are the managers and overseers of the storage facility. It was around 9:00pm and I had left My car door open a little too long while unloading into my unit, and my battery had failed me. Thank goodness for Diane and her husband. With no one within 30 miles for me to call for help, I walked down and knocked on their door (they reside on the site) and explained my predicament, feeling embarrassed and fearful that I was bothering them. But instead, they were so receptive and immediately put their coats and shoes on in the 30 something degree weather, and helped me like I was a member of their family. Not only Did they give me a ride (in their vehicle) back to my locker location, they also troubleshot the situation, loaned me their personal jumper cables(mine were too weak), and patiently stood outside with me until my car finally turned over. Not once did they ever appear to be “put out” or annoyed that I had disturbed their night. I rarely experience this degree of kindness anymore and I just wanted to let anyone that may be thinking of renting from this location that you’ll always be treated with excellent assistance and friendship from the managers. I don’t know what I would have done without them!! Thanks again to you both, from the bottom of my heart, I wish there were more like you in the world!!!!

Diana checked me in. She was exceptionally polite and friendly while carefully explaining every detail in a thorough and efficient manner. I explained I had been a prior customer some years earlier, and she made me feel welcomed back like a family member. Her performance was as perfect as any company could possibly want. I feel confident my stay here will be a happy one.
