Excellent experience. The location is clean and secure. Jay’s customer service skills are outstanding! He’s very thorough & conscientious. People came in and out while I was choosing a unit & everyone seemed very pleased with the facility and knew Jay…really positive, friendly vibe and the unloading space is relatively close to the entrance to the units. This isn’t always the case in the city. Also, they have ample amounts of carts to use.

He walked me through their affordable insurance for the unit (which I didn’t know I needed) and carefully gave me instructions for how to access the building. I can’t believe the deals Life Storage is having right now. J walked me through the deals and I was able to make an informed decision. Life Storage is more affordable than other storage companies in the area and it’s quite clean. I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Update 6/4/2021: We've used Metro Storage on & off since about 2010. I just rented a 3rd storage space here. It's very very clean, and very secure (gate and passcode after hours). We’ve moved throughout the city, but continue to use Metro Storage. The staff have been consistently professional, helpful, and friendly. They also have a small shop that sells cardboard boxes, tape, etc. Highly recommended!

Great rates, secure clean facilities, spacious units, great hours and extremely convenient location to downtown, you can't ask for better especially given the neighborhood and location.
