I come more than 5 miles to do business at this store. When I needed more storage, Harmony ensured that I could use use it that day. No other facility (even ones closer to my location), had the right unit for my needs. As I have explained to her, Harmony could present a clinic on customer service. Finally, the facility is safe for me to store some rare purchases I did not have room for. No leaks, bugs or other critters that might be a problem.

Anything I've needed storage for, this is hands down my place!!!! We really like this storage facility. The front office rep Harmony is very friendly and knowledgeable and spent a lot of time explaining to us how things work and why we'll like renting at Metro. Such wonderful customer service is rare in this day and age and is to be commended. The facility is super clean and we felt very welcome. The value for our money is terrific - Metro's storage rates were lower, in some instances much lower, than other facilities we checked. And we love the easy-in easy-out dynamic at this location. I am a long time customer, renting three units from this location. Even though I now reside in Downers Grove, IL, my main reason for staying at this store is the service. Before 2019, I had successfully cleaned out that majority of my old possessions from the one unit I was renting. The purpose of this was move what was left to a new facility, closer to home. Unfortunately, due to the death of a close family member, I needed to make further use of the one unit for storage. As time went on, I needed to rent another unit or two, to maximize the safety and care of material the estate trusted me with. I found the facility units very clean and safe for my family's belongings, where they reside to this day. The facility manager (Harmony) is a highly effective and efficient professional, whom I have been dealing with for a number of years. Although I rarely have an issue with my units, the small number of times I brought something to her attention, the matter was resolved in a very timely manner. If you want a safe and efficient storage facility for your property, this is the place to go. Anthony Deany

Harmony was a life saver! My boyfriend and I are prepping for a move in March and are trying to get a large portion of our belongings into a storage unit before the cold, winter hits. We came across Metro online and noticed there was one 1 unit left of the size we needed. We immediately tried purchasing online and continued to have issues once reaching the last page to submit payment. We were afraid the unit may have already been taken and the website just wasn’t updating. We were unable to get through to the office with the number provided so we reached out to general customer service who stated they would sent a message to the location. With their closing hours quickly approaching, we feared we wouldn’t hear back until the next day and figured we may have lost the unit. Harmony actually called us that night and helped us reserve the unit we were hoping to get! She was such a pleasure to work with and was so kind.

Metro Storage in Oakbrook Terrace is great! Our youth group sponsor could no longer store our trailer and gear and we needed to find an affordable and available facility fast. After several calls and site visits to various facilities, we landed at Metro and are happy we did! The location is convenient for us to access. Grounds are clean and place is gated/secured with 24-hr access. All exterior units, so very easy and convenient to load/unload gear. There is parking outside gated area and the drive aisles are wide enough to pull our trailer in and back up to our unit. Harmony, the on-site manager, is fantastic to work with and is very accommodating and friendly. We’re glad we moved in here!

I’ve visited 3 storage facilities before I made my decision with metro storage after meeting with harmony who was wonderful- harmony had gone above and beyond to provide me with gracious customer service. The price was great -the facility is clean and taken care of. I feel that it’s a really secure premises as well. I’ve been there a few times, different hours & I always see harmony walking & cleaning and helping other renters. I recommend metro storage to a few of my family and friends as well.
