Thank you for giving me this opportunity to let you know how pleased I am with the services that you provide at Metro Storage on North Druid Hills location. The assistant that I received yesterday in the previous weeks have been exceptional. As a senior there are not many services that are provided by us that we get as much help as we may need. The assistant went beyond explain it to me the insurance and then place an insurance booklet in my my storage room so that I can see it for myself. She was very helpful in providing other information that I needed. This is not my first time using this storage space which was called something else at another time. However I have recommended my granddaughter who uses this storage space religiously and she is very well satisfied as well. Her name is Alicia Webb thank you again for all you do and I appreciate your service Services thank you and have a blessed day.

Very friendly and professional manager and staff - great communications and flexibility on a repair to my unit - always seems on top of things!!

After a family emergency. I was in need of a storage unit Asap. I called everywhere, but when I called this place the outstanding customer service brought me in. Ms. Balinda the property manager is awesome. She's very helpful and informative. She's here to help and gave me options of the best deals in the area. I recommend this place to anyone.

Just moved in, but great so far. This is the only place in the area that has both drive-up units and climate controlled units. Even the climate controlled units are only a few steps from where you park. My unit looked neat, clean, and nearly new. Note: the walk in price is much higher than the online price, so reserve online

Renting a storage locker was quick and much easier than I imagined. I just put in the size I wanted, answered the necessary questions and it even gave me the locker number. All I had to do was show up with I'd, get my gate code and I was all set. The agent was super nice and helpful.
