I relocated from OH to GA & had been renting a room when the owner came home one day & told me to leave. I had no warning or anything. I packed my things up in a Uhaul & drove around for hours looking for storage. Every place I went to had no available units. At this point, I was ready to give up. I was advised to check down the street for available units. I can’t remember the time I pulled up to SecurCare Self Storage, but I know it was getting late. This was my last hope for the day. I walk in and I’m greeted by Shawnie. She lets me know they were closing for the day. I tried to hold back the tears as she told me to come back tomorrow but I was so overwhelmed, I just broke down crying. Shawnie could have closed up shop but she didn’t. She told me, “oh no, go to the bathroom & get yourself together”. She sounded like my mom or one of my aunts, lol and I needed that in that moment. She stayed after hours to help me get my account set up. Although they were closed, she didn’t try to rush me through the process. She walked me to different units to find the right size for my things and calmed me down. Shawnie, for me, will always hold a place in my heart. She was professional, and caring. You don’t find too many people now days that do their jobs with compassion. I seriously don’t know where I would be if I hadn’t walked in those doors! If you’re looking for a place to store your things, this is the place!! I never had any issues with my unit. They keep the place clean & secure! Shawnie does an amazing job & truly is an angel on earth! Go see her if you’re in need of storage!

Hello what could I say about these people I contacted them and got a price on a storage unit and they was pretty good but I had to try to find a reasonable place that wouldn’t mind helping or what could I say somebody like them cheaper than them so I don’t know nobody from Handle they business the only thing I need is something nice and decent and trustworthy

Not what I expected in a VERY GOOD WAY... The representative Donna was so pleasant to work with. She was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. To think I almost didnt stop to secure a unit here. Between the customer service and the clean well kept location I am so glad I did. Highly recommend and I don't usually leave reviews.
