Got a storage unit here for a month when moving apartments. They were extremely helpful and got me a great deal even though it was extremely busy. They were professional and very friendly. The indoor complex was clean, easy to navigate, and easy to access. Had a great experience!

Jorge was extremely helpful and courteous! (There was another very nice person working who assisted me as well, just wanted to give a little shoutout to him as well). There was a recent change in ownership to the storage facility, so I am new to Life Storage. I had to go into the office to settle up my account and get everything up to date and I cannot stress enough how important to me it was that those gentlemen were polite, positive and understanding of my situation the last few months and the process of updating my account information was painless! Jorge clearly wants to build good client relationships and that is always a good thing to see. I will recommend to anyone needing to rent storage in the USF area to look these guys up. I've been at this site for 4 or 5 years and love it for the convenient location and security. Dave the Mgr lives on site and watches everything like a hawk. My unit got broken into at the last storage facility I was at and their cameras were so bad that the police couldn't make out the thieves faces. Not so here. Everything is clean & state of the art security wise. I highly recommend this business
