My visit here was great! Alexa was very informative and helpful. Make sure you ask for her ;) I appreciate it so much, as someone using storage for the first time she made it seem simple and easy when it can be stressful. Cherlicx did an amazing job on trying to understand what I’d be storing in order to get me the best unit size and spoke to me about the procedures that Metro Self Storage has to ensure each guest is allowed to store their belongings safely including how to lock the unit correctly. And most importantly ensured I understood the payment methods I could use and what would work best so that nothing would happen to my belongings on my part. I used to work in the self storage business, so I can tell fairly quickly whether or not a property is being run correctly. I have been renting a unit from Metro Self Storage for over two years now. There have never been any problems getting in or out of the facility. The property is clean and the rates a reasonable. The manager, Miss Betty,, is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She keeps the property in tip top shape and is ready to help you with your storage needs..
