I rented three 10x20 units, bringing my total to four. I am pleased so far, and the ladies that helped me were very kind and professional. The only thing that surprised me about this experience is that SecurCare charged me a $25 administration fee for each of the three units, even though this was only a one-time transaction. It immediately created a negative with me about how Securcare does business.

I had an exemplary experience at Extra Space. The facility itself is super clean; all of the belongings I kept there for over a year stayed in impeccably fresh condition, including a mattress and clothing. The best thing about this place though - the manager, Maryann. She provided first rate customer device and is just an all around lovely friendly lady. Another reviewer stated that Maryann treated her like family and that was my experience as well.

She is by far the best all around store manager I have had in my long term leasing of many years there, She has been professional in all. I feel my storage unit & Pink Flamingos are in safe hands. She has been very considerate and helpful in several issues or any complications. I also appreciate her friendly greeting when I pay my rent, my questions and concerns always answered with expertise. The facility is always clean and organized. I do miss the more comfortable pleasant décor of long ago, the Holiday office decorations of the seasons and office comfort, not allowed by new corporate rules structure.
