My experience at Metro Self Storage has been far above my expectations. I'm new in town and a young lady there by the name of Jimesha Jones saved the day by accomadating me with my vehicle & trailor space. The entire process was simple and relieving due to her professionalism and hospitality. I would recommend anyone especially new comers to Georgia to save time by visiting this company first!

I don't have time for any malarkey, but luckily for me, I chose the right place. Cindy and Sherea were able to answer all of my questions, and soothe my concerns. They are very helpful and professional. I know professionalism when I see it. I am a businessman. Units are large and tall, location is convenient, facility is secure/maintained, and staff is friendly. I will be recommending Metro Self Storage in Marietta to my fellow business acquaintances.

I currently rent 2 units at Metro, which are positioned back-to-back from each other. The facility is well lit and secure. In the 1½ years I've had my units, I've not heard of any break-ins or mishaps, including prior to my tenancy. The rates at Metro are unbeatable compared with most facilities in the area. I love that my units have lights inside that can be confused 3 the walls are partially insulated & have power being attached to the climate controlled units. The on-site manager, Cindy is truly the best! She shows professionalism yet still provides an easy-going approach to managing this self storage facility. Cindy's usually the person you'll see in the office, as she's on duty 5 days a week. She's always smiling & upbeat, takes the time to get to know her tenants and ensures that things are done efficiently, timely, & with exceptional customer service. She obviously really loves her job. In my honest opinion, Cindy's alot of what makes Metro Self Storage the best storage facility in the area.

I’ve been a customer at the Marietta location for about a year. Never had any problems or complaints. I would say that the new manager Cindy has taken my experience to a whole new level. Her customer service and professionalism has been great even in this crazy time that we’re all going through. Her knowledge and follow up is impeccable. I’ve been in business for a long time and recognize what great customer service looks like and appreciate it. I will definitely refer people I know and come across to use that location at 1515 Cobb Parkway in Marietta.
