I must admit that I was incredibly, surprisingly, well pleased with the condition of my unit. It started off a little rough when I had first went back up north and wasn't able to check on my unit to see the condition. I had heard some horror stories about people's unit whether they were near or far, but I must , with great respect to those who maintain the property, was well pleased with returning to find my unit the same as I had rented it on day one. I hadn't been back to my unit almost (2) two years to the date, it was actually 9-29-19 when I last saw the unit and had been paying on it. It was nice to see the grounds are maintained well and so is the building and my unit. Its a bit pricey and I'd lie if it say its worth it, but it is worth it! An oxymoron I know! Thanks to all who take their jobs seriously as you all worked through the pandemic and put up with a bunch of ill hearted folks. That alone is worth everything. And, I know at times I was a bit edgy and one of the folks, forgive, but thank you all. Stefany

First I wanted to again express my gratitude. These days it is hard to find people who work for companies that radiate kindness and positivity. Today, The Manager Ms. Theresa took a small step on my behalf that gave me peace of mind and reassured me that this storage facility was and still remains to be a great decision. With each storage unit, there is a backstory and in a perfect world, we think of the cookie-cutter versions of people, perhaps someone moving on their own for the first time, a new couple starting a combined life, a parent who's downsizing to move-in with an adult child, a small business storing equipment or maybe just a family in need of space for their holiday decorations. It would be great if ONLY those scenarios existed but some stories may be more complicated and like most companies and corporations many will never know the real reasons people use their services only that they use them. Today, I called the office hoping to get an email address to send a letter to corporate so that I could shed a little light on my particular situation. Ms. Theresa was very welcoming. She carefully and politely explained the details of the rent increase, the process, and the possible outcomes of what could happen after the letter was sent.  She also made no promises that my letter would change anything. However, what made this experience different was that she remained positive and didn't shy away from the possibility that things can work out on my behalf, and honestly, all I needed was a little Hope. She gave me the necessary information and said that she would do her part in forwarding everything to the right people. We hung up the phone then I started on my letter and not even 15 minutes later I received a call. The same welcoming voice was on the line with good news. She took the initiative and contacting corporate before even receiving my letter and that brought me to tears. This type of business ethic is not taught, I wish it were. I've had many encounters with workers and managers that take advantage of their position and consumers vulnerability and anxiety and they forget to be human beings. Theresa took expedient action never even receiving the letter about my struggle. My prayer is that God would put me in a position to bless someone else's day and return the kindness. I am so grateful. Thank You Metro

She walked us through the facility and made sure the access codes worked before leaving. Plenty of carts and dollies to use for move-in. On multiple occasions we saw Theresa wiping down the elevators, bathrooms, common areas. Safe, affordable, and immaculate!

It was an easy transition to being taken up to see a couple of units. Mark was thoughtful of my requests and helped me get the best deal.
