Having located another Extra Space Storage which is situated on Harden Blvd. in Lakeland, FL, my husband and I were very surprised to learn that the same company owns both this storage facility and the one on Robin Road which I already reviewed. Harden Blvd. location is delightful, clean, single level, fairly priced for a 5’ x 10’ space in air conditioned building with fresh fragrance emitting from the vents. We used Two Men and a Truck to move our belongings to the new space. Very special company—recommended. What made the move even more pleasant was the Manager, a delightful, informed professional who welcomed us and answered all inquiries. It has been a superb excellent experience!! Have used this facility several times with all good experiences. This time, I want to thank Jennifer for her outstanding service; always pleasant, polite, and accommodating. Everytime I was at the unit I would see her busy throughout the buildings, if not in the office. I would highly recommend using their storage facility.

My experience at Life Storage has been nothing but positive. Both times I have been, Jennifer has helped me and she has gone above and beyond to help me. I forgot my key to my unit and she happily spent 15 minutes successfully removing the lock. I can’t recommend this storage facility enough. Thank you Jennifer!

The Manager (Jennifer) is very professional and a nice lady HOWEVER I'm very unhappy with the fact that when it was time for me to retrieve my stuff out storage, I literally had a MOVING COMPANY with me and we I didn't know that the ELEVATOR was broken * we saw a sign on the elevator...NO ONE CALLED OR NOTIFIED ME AT ALL! MOVING IS STRESSFUL IN ITSELF, the planning, and preparation even time off on your job to make it happen...I can't finish moving til they fix the elevator, and STILL have to pay the MOVERS for coming out that day.

As embarrassing as it is to say my storage unit had went up for auction because I cannot afford my payment. I was homeless so the only place I had to keep my mother ashes were in my storage unit, which meant that my mother was going up for auction. I have been so distraught so lost feeling like a complete and utter failure. How could I lose my mother. Well I received an email today, also a friend of mine who took over my cellular phone service had also I told me, that I had received numerous phone calls daily from Life storage a woman named Jennifer. I received a blessing today from this woman Jennifer she gave me back something that can never be replaced although my unit went for auction she made sure that my mother didn't. She kept my mother and hour after hour , day after day she continued to search for me. Thank you Jennifer your kindness will never be forgotten.

The facility is always clean and maintained. All of their units are air conditioned with lighting. They provide 24 hour access to the storage units making it convenient for their customers. The staff and management are friendly and professional. They have also extended assistance to customers; especially during this period of Covid-19. I recommend them highly.
