I am currently in the process of moving and am in dire need of storage ASAP! I saw that this facility had great specials and the sizes of the unit. I applied online and low and behold Rosie gave me a personal call the next morning. She was so pleasant, Introduced herself and gave me the complete rundown. I was so surprised when she even gave me her lunch hours to make sure that I wouldn’t miss her upon arrival. Meeting her in person was even more pleasant and I am so pleased that I chose this location.

I love the awesome customer service that Miss Rosie gives on a constant basis. She is always friendly and helpful in many ways. I enjoy speaking with her on a monthly basis. Her warm smile and great personality has truly made a difference in the facility. Rosie is always willing to answer any questions or address any concerns I may have, and if it is something that has to be addressed by a higher level of management she gives her word and always gets back to you with an answer or resolution. The Property Manager Rosie was excellent in her customer service. I wasn't sure about what size they would need so she showed me several units with the pricing information. Came here completely stressed out because I’ve been looking all over for storage units and haven’t been successful with finding anything. Rosie helped calm me and assured me that she was going to take care of me. There wasn’t a large enough unit with climate control, and instead of Rosie letting me leave, she helped me find two smaller units that had climate control. Very grateful. She toured me around the property. It was very clean and she assured me that it was also a safe property. Lots of cameras and it’s only gate code accessible, and that put me at ease a lot. Rosie was a life saver & very professional. I recommend this facility to anybody interested in finding a good and safe storage.

Very easy process, Rosie was very helpful and informative. I filled out paperwork online then had to pretty much do the same thing when I went to the office so that was the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. The unit was clean and had easy access right off the interstate. Bring your own lock cuz I ended up buying the lock they had on the unit and it was $16. I’ve never rented a storage unit before so I didn’t know any better, but overall, I would recommend Metro to others.
