Location was a big factor in our decision but the help from Jennifer and the facility were great! We spent months shuttling furniture/boxes to stage our house for sale. Easy in and out at any hour. On the day to vacate our home we had filled all Pods and cars were stuffed, at 5:00pm 7/1, Jennifer was there to get us a second smaller unit to fit the remainder of our stuff and we made the 12:00am deadline. Our move was a challenge but Life Storage had a big part in making it happen. Thank you

I visited the location and signed up for a unit. Jennifer walked me through my unit, explained how to use the keypad and lock. Jennifer very nice and pleasant to talk to in regards to the unit.

Upon arrival we were extremely surprised to find out the unit was climate controlled making this a great value. It’s very secure, extremely well lit and has a huge freight elevator with oversized carts to make moving in and out a breeze. Thanks Ron for making the experience great!

The online reservation and subsequent phone conversations to set everything up went smoothly and instructions were easily to follow. Our first call was handled well by James, who set things in motion, and were then contacted by the manager of the location we chose. Renting my unit was a seamless experience. The rep at the Batavia, IL location (Susan) was incredibly helpful. I was renting an outside unit on one of the coldest and snowy days of the winter season. Susan took the time to shovel a significant amount of snow that was accumulated in front of my unit prior to my arrival and checked-in with me when I brought my first load furniture to storage. When I came back with a second load she had again taken the time to chisel/shovel away even more ice-packed snow in front of my unit. I very much appreciated her commitment to ensure that my rental experience was very positive even under the extreme weather conditions. A big thanks to Susan.
