I had a really great experience. After a bad experience with another facility, it was so refreshing to have such a seem-less and easy experience with Metro Storage. I checked out locations online, got my storage unit paid for and even had my unit assigned right then and there. The rates were very good, comparable with local rates, everything was clear cut, easy process, (took less than 5 minutes I think online) and when I was ready to go by the facility, someone was actually there in person during the hours listed. I filled out a short form and was ready to go. The office has specific hours, but there is 24 hour access to my unit. It was very easy, cheap, and great service. Thank you!
