Wonderful smiling helpful staff, quick to help and get you into the unit to fit your budget and items. I had visited 3 other different storage places the same day and NONE we're as courteous or positive and definitely no smiling faces, that makes a difference when you're trying to sell things, people don't want to walk into grouchy negative situations. I highly recommend this location and the ladies ( Sheet and Broke) did a fantastic job and the corporation should be very proud to have them employed.

Brooke was amazing. I didn't have a clue what I had to do to store my things when I move. I stopped in and she help me know what size unit I needed and why I really did need to store in climate control. ( I told her I had all my Moms photos) which could be ruined in a reg unit. I plan to move next month and Brooke said she will set me up with the unit as soon as I'm ready. Thank you Brooke!

She was helpful from the time I walked in the door. I had some problem with my lock after locking up my unit and I went to the office and she was courteous.
