This is an excellent climate controlled storage facility. I’ve had one of the units for almost a year now after a negative experience at another facility. The office staff are of upmost professionals, are easy to work with having moved to another state, and always answer the phone while wanting to keep some of my items in Florida. The grounds are secure as well. I’d give them a 10/10 if I could!

I always received prompt polite professional service from this Metro Storage in New Tampa all of my dealings with the Metro Self Storage has been positive I've been with them for almost 12 years or more and have never been disappointed in any of my interactions with any of the Personnel everybody is very professional and tactful and more than willing to bend over backwards to help you even when we had a a situation where another tenant had mistaken one of our units for there's and in so doing broke their key in our lock the the Personnel at Metro were quick to remedy the situation drilling out the lock and helping us to replace it with a new one with no charge!! I highly recommend anyone who cherishes their items to store them with Metro Self Storage in one of their climate controlled units you will not be disappointed.

Debra, the manager, has been most helpful from the beginning of our rental process showing a thorough knowledge of her business. Debra gave us tips on how to pack our unit to maximize space.
