Stefan was great! extremely knowledgeable and friendly. he basically answered all our questions before we could ask. them. his customer service was beyond anything we've seen in a long time. he's a man who deserves a pay raise. unfortunately, on one of our trips back to our unit we needed some supplies for packing and Pablo was working in the office and his attitude was the extreme opposite of stefan's. if Pablo had been working in the office the day we rented our unit we probably would have taken our business eleswhere.

My in laws have had a unit here for several years that we have used, and with Hurricane Ian right on our doorstep, we decided last minute to get one of our own to store our irreplaceable belongings, in the event our mobile home is reduced to toothpicks while we are in shelter at a Resort Hotel in Orlando.. We secured the unit online, and raced down there at the speed of light to catch them before they closed, and Pablo at Life Storage was incredibly kind and caring from the moment we walked into the door. He drove us on his golf cart to show us the unit to make sure we were happy with it, and absolutely we are! Pablo made the entire rental process extremely quick and easy, and explained everything perfectly. Another important fact is that this Storage Facility is extremely clean and spotless. They utilize the very latest in technology for security as well, giving you peace of mind that your unit is absolutely secure.. Pablo thank you very much for your kind and thorough service! You are absolutely the best! This facility was good when it was a Metro Storage, but Life Storage has taken it up to another level of perfection, and they couldn't have a better representation of that perfection than Pablo!.. YAY!!! I'M HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY!!!

Excellent service. Never had such a great and professional service like this before in my history of storage rental. Manager Pablo was excellent and always ready to assist no matter the circumstances. This is the type of courteous customer service and professionalism we all need in this country for the betterment and growth of any business. If I can give 100/100, I will. I love the fact that they even left a package in my unit with a complementary new lock and keys along with all instructions. As a multi businesses owner, I will like all of my employees to have such a great attitude. Great job and keep it up Mr Pablo!!

I went in to look at a 10x15 and a 10x20. It was about to pour down rain but the store Manger Pablo Torres was still more than willing to take me on a tour to see them. I ended up choosing the 10x20 and couldn't be any happier. Pablo has a great attitude and he is very pleasant to interact with. He definitely is great with people and to me that goes a long way.

Formerly Metro Storage. I have been a client of Metro Storage for a little over four years before the change. Metro was easily a solid 5 star. A 4 star for life storage might be a little generous, but I'll start there and see where it goes. Life storage made a few changes. No longer 24/7 access to your unit, my climate controlled unit is much hotter and more importantly more humid, and of course a pretty sizable price hike. I'll give them another month or two and if things improve I'll give them 5 stars and update my review. If things don't change or get worse I'll lower my star rating accordingly and update my review. And I guess find a new storage company. But I really hope it won't come to that. Update 7/4/22: well, I'm a man of my word. Life Storage really came through and earned a 5 star rating from me. They really did right by me. I have 24/7 access to my unit and the A/C problem is being looked into (it seems to be a problem with the air-conditioning unit and not a Life Storage policy). Not much can be done about price increase but that's alright with me. I look forward to many years of being a Life Storage tenant. Well done.

I had the greatest experience at Metro Self Storage in Seffner. I had driven around for 3 hours trying to find a container in the size I needed. Pablo had 2 left, it was 5:50pm, closing at 6pm and he sat with me and gave me the time to get my container secured and even LOANED me a lock until I come back today with mine (we have used Metro before so had old locks). I HIGHLY recommend this location. Excellent customer service, clean, safe and Pablo is AMAZING!

I think his name is Mike. The employee from Chicago. He was really friendly, quick and very helpful! This place if very clean and the storage area is very clean and neat. It's not super hot inside the units. There are cameras everywhere and it is gated so It feels very secure.
