The manager, Nina, has always been available when I need help or clarification, my items have been safe at all times, and they are very accommodating to any requests you may have. It is also at an amazing location, just a few minutes away from the airport!

I had an emergency sort of storage situation when my other planned and reserved unit fell through. The ladies here at metro store helped me find the RIGHT unit and got me checked in in about an hour. This is amazing because I actually needed a unit across town and had to drive between two locations. They were just so nice and fast. Probably the best storage unit experience I’ve had.
